Our Story
Wild Lilly’s BBQ Sauces and Rubs are a creation of B&T’s Catering, LLC. The company was started in 2010 by Chefs, Brian Bowman and Terence Barge. B&T’s Catering quickly started doing Weddings, Mitzvah and Corporate Events. BBQ quickly became a crowd pleaser as Terence has 30 year’s experience having worked for a BBQ Pit in Pensacola Florida. Sonny’s BBQ Pit was Terence’s first job after high school where he developed his passion for BBQ.
B&T’s Catering started to add BBQ menu options regularly to their menu. In 2018 B&T’s added a wood burning smoker which would add just another great touch to their BBQ. The smoker fondly known as Lilly, cooks up smokes meats, chicken, pork, fish and pizza.
Terence created the BBQ Smoker Menu based on homemade BBQ sauces and homemade rubs. Now in 2020 B&T’s catering presents “Wild Lilly’s BBQ Sauces and Rubs” for all. Our mission is to share these truly Unique Flavors with the world!
