Incredible Food and Staff

We are so happy that we found B&T through our venue. Brian is the best. Literally the best. We don't have enough words to describe how happy we were that we chose him. At our first tasting, we knew immediately that he would be catering our wedding.. The food was amazing. The prices are very reasonable. When I mentioned that I had a different version of one of the foods we tasted, he asked me to share the recipe so that he could incorporate it into our day. When we mentioned that we would really like mini beef wellingtons, he made them for us. He went so far as to make ginger simple syrup for our signature cocktail! The man is amazing!

His serving staff was incredible too. Everyone made sure we got food. They even sent servers around to us during cocktail hour. We couldn't have asked for a better caterer. Hire Brian today for your next event. You won’t regret it.
